Chris Brown takes it to the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, to perform 'Fine China' at the 2013 Billboard Awards. Decked out in all black, Chris and his dancers pay homage to late great Michael Jackson. During the performance, Chris' vocals noticeably crack under pressure as he tries to hit notes. Tweeting, “Lil hoarse for the performance but it happens. Good shit otherwise.”
