A lady named Olga got into a car accident with Chris Brown last month and is alleging that Chris gave her false insurance and registration information.
Olga claims her blood pressure went through the roof after her car accident with Brown last month. She says she was "scared to death" because he was driving a huge SUV and was covered in tattoos.
Olga says the only thing she got from Brown, who has been charged with criminal hit-and-run over the crash, was expired insurance for his Lamborghini. He was driving his Range Rover at the time. Brown's lawyer claims the singer also gave her his Virginia license, but the accuser says that's not true.

So even though Chris was wearing a dark coloured long sleeved shirt, she was scared to death. OK...
I don't believe this woman for a second. She barely makes eye contact with the camera when being questioned. And from the footage that was captured of the incident, she couldn't have been that scared because she followed him on foot to his car. Actions of a 'scared to death' person? I don't think so!
