Debuting on UK TV show 'The Hit', Samantha Mumba performed 'Somebody Like Me' for the first time ever. The Hit is a show where songwriters pitch songs to established artists who then choose a track to release. Somebody Like Me being the song Samantha picked.
Standing statuesque in a blinding silver gown, Samantha belted out the heavy-hearted ballad, to the relief and excitement of the songs writer and her family.
Samantha spoke on the song that's being dubbed as her huge comeback single, "I would love it to do well. That said, all you can do is your best work, it's for other people to decide whether it becomes a hit or not."
