Beyonce's father and former manager, Mathew Knowles, got married last week. after being engaged for a year and a half. His rep' told The Associated Press that he has wed former model, 48-year-old Gena Charmaine Avery in Houston, Texas.
Mathew of coarse was released as Beyonce's manager back in 2011. The same year he and Beyonce's mother, Tina, divorced(though Tina originally filed in 2009). He remains head of Music World Entertainment, and still manages several acts. Mathew also fathered a child with 'actress' Alexsandra Wright back in 2010.
Hmmm... I wonder If Beyonce attended. because she didn't attend the BET Awards. I know Solange didn't. She's in Senegal with her son. Anyway, congrats to the newly wedded couple.
